Harsh Vardhan Rungta

Harsh Vardhan Rungta embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by joining his father’s business in the minerals and chemicals marketing sector while pursuing his graduation at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. With a thirst for knowledge and business acumen, he further honed his skills by completing his FMB from the prestigious S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai. With over 16 years of industry experience, Mr. Rungta developed a deep understanding of the need for modernization and the importance of introducing new products to stay competitive.
Initially, he started with a Contract Manufacturing setup. However, recognizing the potential for growth and expansion, he took full responsibility for leading the Shiva Group of Companies. He strategically initiated Joint Ventures with mine owners across India, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials to meet the demands of existing clients and attract prospective customers.
Driven by a vision to transform the company’s operations with professionalism, quality products, and customer satisfaction, Mr. Rungta adopted a more focused approach. He prioritized understanding and meeting customer needs while creating a hassle-free and conducive working environment. Securing the raw materials was just the first step for him. He is now establishing advanced processing units for white minerals in Rajasthan. This strategic move will enable the company to adapt to the evolving market dynamics and achieve exponential growth.
